Send a $100.00 Deposit along with your List of Gymnasts that you expect to compete to the address below. Don't forget to include your official Club Name, Address, Phone #'s, & Contact Information to receive complete meet details by mail. Please specify to name of the meet you are entering (i.e. "LVWN") & if possible all pertinent information on your athletes such as Name, level, Birthdate, USAG #, T-shirt size etc. Final entries due Jan. 1st, 2004 ... $90.00 per 0pt. athlete & $75 per compulsory athlete.
